We are looking for a talented brand and communications expert
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across brand, events, and communications for the Australian business.
Reporting into the National Director, Marketing & Communication, this role will help execute initiatives including brand campaigns, support major corporate events, and internal communications to amplify our brand.
This role sits within the broader award-winning Australian Marketing team and offers access to a collaborative network of expert marketers and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of corporate marketing campaigns – expertise, culture, and recruitment.
Collaborate with our People and Performance team to help amplify internal initiatives, development programmes and people recognition programmes.
Support the planning and execution of major client events.
Support the development of internal and leadership communications.
Enhance our content amplification outcomes across social media channels, working in collaboration with our Research, Digital and PR teams.
Help develop brand and marketing collateral across the business.
Content and development support for the Colliers HUB (intranet).
Collaborate with the marketing stakeholders on regional projects.
Qualifications
3 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (advanced level).
Flexible, team-oriented approach and willingness to assist.
Desired Technical Capability
Social media platforms (Hootsuite)
E-communications platform experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.)
Canva
Adobe Indesign
CRM
