We are seeking experienced Change Managers to join a leading South Australian based Enterprise level organisation who are undergoing significant business & technology transformation.
We have positions available at the Change Manager level, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring successful adoption of these changes by working closely with stakeholders, addressing resistance, and embedding best practices for sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies to support technology upgrades and business process uplift initiatives. Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities to build awareness and alignment. Support change activities for assigned technology projects and initiatives including change impact assessments, communications, training and implementation of change to ensure successful end user adoption. Assess organisational readiness and identify potential challenges and resistance to change. Create tailored training programs and materials to support end-users during transitions. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and adjust strategies as needed. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Change Manager or as a Change Analyst, ideally within the Utilities sector or working on technology refresh projects, or business process improvement projects. An understanding of Microsoft & Windows technology landscapes and/or Operational Technology (OT) environments would be an added advantage in this role. Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and resistance management. Experience developing training plans and managing end-user adoption strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is highly desirable.
