William Buck is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Tax Consulting division.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate Partner diaries, including scheduling and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare high-quality correspondence, including proposals, presentations, and client documentation
* Coordinate and manage the monthly billing process
* Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
* Arrange travel bookings and itineraries as required
* Manage the expense reimbursement process in a timely and accurate manner
* Coordinate internal and external tax training sessions
* Collaborate with the broader team to organise and participate in team events and activities, including team strategy days
Qualifications
* A proactive approach – be one step ahead of this dynamic group!
* 3+ years' experience in a Personal Assistant or similar professional services role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proactive and solutions‐focused approach
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
