Job Overview
The Dietitian - Grade 2 will undertake patient assessment and management within the acute wards.
This is a dynamic work environment with a collaborative team culture.
* Bachelor of Health Science, Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent and eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia and the Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) program are required.
* Clinical nutrition and supervisory skills as well as experience appropriate for a Grade 2 Dietitian are essential.
* Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment are crucial.
* Established time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary.
* Understanding of Quality Improvement and commitment to ongoing professional development are expected.
* Implementation of interprofessional learning and practice is also necessary.
