We are seeking a dedicated Branch Administrator & Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide ongoing administrative and sales coordination support to the Queensland Branch and Sales Team by assisting in achieving business objectives and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to a dynamic and high performing team focused on providing solutions for a wide range of customers.
* Assist the Sales / Account Managers in compiling a sales order and collate information required to prepare order pack (signed quote/ Customer PO / supporting documents etc.).
* Coordinate active sales deals through the system to ensure the best possible outcome for the business and its customers.
* Actively participate in the weekly and monthly sales forecast meetings.
* Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
* Previous administration experience.
* An enquiring mind and desire to learn.
* Computer skills, including an in depth understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
