Rostering Coordinator Role

* Take ownership of disability support worker rosters to ensure adequate workforce scheduling for Supported Independent Living homes across Geelong / Ballarat regions.
* Build strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders to match client needs with our team's skills and strengths.
* Prioritize roster efficiency for business success.
A strong communicator, efficient administrator, and experienced operator is required for successful rostering system management.
* Demonstrated competency in roster coordination within an office setting.
* Minimum 2 years experience in similar roles or with transferable skills.
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
