The role involves editing short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, utilizing dynamic cuts, creative transitions, and cinematic text overlays. Responsibilities
Edit and assemble video footage into polished, high-quality social media videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Apply advanced editing techniques, including speed ramps, masking, time-remapping, and match cuts to create dynamic, visually appealing content.
Incorporate cinematic titles and lower-thirds using MOGRT or After Effects templates (e.g., AEJuice).
Perform light sound cleanup and basic color correction, applying provided LUTs as needed.
Prepare final deliverables as horizontal 16:9 masters, optimized for social media platforms.
Collaborate remotely, adhering to project timelines and feedback.
Skills and Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a portfolio demonstrating social media video editing.
Experience with up-to-date editing techniques such as speed ramping, masking, and match cuts.
Ability to use and customize MOGRT or After Effects templates for titles and lower-thirds.
Basic audio editing and color correction skills.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
