We're looking for a motivated leader with strong people management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you'll support the Branch Manager to keep operations running smoothly, lead a small diverse team, and build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and support branch performance.
Lead and develop your team to achieve success.
Ensure delivery routes are optimised.
Drive improvements in systems and processes.
Maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive mindset with attention to detail.
A forklift licence and/or HR licence (preferable)
