The Role:
Oversee a well-maintained portfolio in the Forest Lake / West Brisbane area
Work alongside a full-time assistant who handles out-of-office tasks
Collaborate with an administration team that supports you daily
No BDM or trust accounting duties required
You'll Bring:
Ideally 2–3+ years of experience as a Property Manager
Ability to speak Mandarin or Vietnamese (essential)
Energy, initiative, and the ability to work independently
A strong attention to detail and high standard of service
A current QLD Certificate or Licence and a valid driver's licence
