About the Role
We are seeking experienced operators to join our team. They will operate heavy mining equipment in a safe and efficient manner, commit to safety procedures and maintaining a zero-harm work environment, and communicate clearly with peers, supervisors, maintenance personnel and other departments.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to safety and visible work practices, maintain a high work output level and contribute to a collaborative organisational culture.
They will be required to operate mining equipment including statements of competency/training transcripts, live local to the area or be willing to relocate, work 12.5-hour shifts on a rotating day and night roster and have a current Drivers Licence.
We're looking for individuals who can maintain focus in high-pressure environments and adhere to production targets.
