We are looking for a full-time SaaS Account Executive to join our team in Milton.
This is an in-office, full-cycle SaaS sales role with one clear focus — outbound new business.
You'll drive prospecting activity, run discovery calls, deliver tailored demos, and close new software clients who haven't worked with us before.
You'll take ownership of the full sales process — from first outreach to close — backed by AI-driven lead tools, a proven product, and a sales culture that celebrates performance and results.
You will:
* Drive outbound prospecting to identify and engage new software clients
* Run discovery calls and deliver engaging solution presentations and demos
* Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
* Meet and exceed activity and revenue targets through consistent pipeline generation
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handover post-sale
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in the CRM
* Contribute insights and feedback to help refine outbound sales strategy

* 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or professional services)
* Proven success generating your own pipeline and closing new business
* Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and running high-impact discovery
* Strong communication, negotiation, and demo delivery skills
* Grit, resilience, and a proactive approach to hitting targets
* A structured and consistent sales process
* Experience selling into HR, Talent, or People & Culture functions
* Familiarity with AI or modern sales enablement tools
* A track record of exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced outbound environment
