Operational Excellence Lead

As an Operational Excellence Lead, you will lead the transformation of operational processes across assisted distribution. You will design and implement smart, scalable digital solutions that simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve compliance and customer experience.
This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with frontline teams, co-create digital tools, and drive adoption through training and change management.
You will use data insights to refine solutions, embed governance features, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
* Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform: Designing and deploying scalable digital solutions with a track record of success.
* Proven Experience in Process Improvement and Automation: Ideally within insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries, with a solid understanding of process challenges.
* Strong Stakeholder Engagement and Customer-Centric Design Skills: Co-creating tools that solve real operational pain points, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrated Ability to Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Managing complexity and driving change in dynamic environments, with a proven ability to lead by example.
* Experience Working in Distribution Environments: Retail or call centers, with a solid understanding of frontline operations and opportunities for improvement.
