School Crossing Supervisor – Casual – City of Sydney Local Government Area

In this Role
Become a Road Safety Hero that is held in high esteem in our communities and vital to the safety of our kids, parents, teachers and local motorists. You'll also be a familiar face around the school with a unique opportunity to touch the lives of countless families. This is a casual position which will provide relief at sites in the City of Sydney Local Government Area. Shifts may fall between school-zone hours 8.00 to 9.30 AM and 2.30 to 4.00 PM, with a minimum of one hour shift as required Monday to Friday during the school term. You will receive an hourly rate along with superannuation.

You're a community-minded person who would like to contribute. You'll enjoy building community relationships, keeping kids safe while earning a weekly wage for doing something you love. You're reliable and prepared to show up for your community in all weather. You'll display effective communication skills and be alert to potential dangers. Requirements
* Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
* All training, uniforms and equipment will be provided.
* Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment is vital.
* If you already have a Working with Children Check, that will speed up the process.
