What's the role?
As a Senior Manager - Group Performance & Analytics, you will ensure all Board, Committee, Executive and leadership requests are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely, relevant and actionable insights, while supporting team development. This role drives focus across performance, commercial value, risk, innovation, sustainability, controls, productivity and digitisation. You will lead transformation to simplify and streamline reporting, enabling efficient, driver-based analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
What do I need?
* 5+ years banking experience, chartered or CPA qualified, with a solid technical financial background
* Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams through periods of ambiguity and change
* Strong stakeholder engagement, management and partnering experience
* Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimisation whilst maintaining customer service
* Proven data and reporting experience including use and understanding of BI applications, data warehousing and web-based reporting
* Experienced with software project management lifecycle in an agile environment (preferably IBM TM1 Planning Analytics)
