We are seeking a detail-oriented property law professional to support our conveyancing team in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain client files and correspondence throughout the conveyancing process
* Conduct property searches and assist with preparing contracts, settlement figures and legal documentation
* Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and brokers to keep transactions on track
* Enter and manage data in PEXA, triConvey, and internal business systems
* Review and verify property searches, land title checks and other relevant documentation
You will work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, detail-driven environment to meet deadlines and contribute to successful settlements across Western Australia and South Australia.
Requirements:
* Experience in a conveyancing or administrative support role
* Minimum 2 years
* Tech-savvy
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks with confidence
* A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and strong sense of accountability
* Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
* Ability to organise and manage multiple files simultaneously
