What you'll be doing
Walking into your centre you'll smile, as the early morning sunshines over our award-winning nature escape. When the door opens,you'll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the communityspirit. You'll work with a close-knit team of educators, to ensureour children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment.You'll maintain high quality programs, manage compliance, and trulyengage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of yourshift, you'll walk out the door (still smiling) knowing thechildren are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
You'll be great in this role if you...
* Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care
* Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent
* Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012
* Previous experience in children services, developing andimplementing programs for 0-to-5-year olds.
* Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working withChildren card
