Support HCP consumers with falls prevention, dementia care, and aging-in-place solutions
NDIS Participants:
Empower clients with disabilities to achieve their goals
Children & Youth:
Address developmental delays and school-based challenges
Responsibilities
Developing personalized intervention plans
Prescribing assistive tech and home modifications
Navigating NDIS, HCP, and CDM funding systems
Building relationships with clients, families, and care teams

AHPRA registration
