We are a reputable and growing Structural Design & Forensic Engineering consultancy seeking a motivated Intermediate-Senior Forensic Engineer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an engineer with several years of experience in forensic or remedial structural engineering who enjoys hands-on investigation work, detailed analysis, and producing high-quality technical reports.
As a member of the forensic investigations team, you'll contribute to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, providing valuable insights into structural performance & failure, damage causation, and remedial recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site inspections to assess structural damage or performance issues.
* Assist in forensic investigations of structural failures, defects, and building movement.
* Perform structural analysis and assist in developing remedial design solutions.
* Prepare clear, concise, and technically accurate reports for clients, insurers, and legal professionals.
* Liaise with clients and project stakeholders in a professional manner.
* Manage your time effectively across multiple active projects and deadlines.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (required).
* Proven local experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in forensic or remedial work.
* Strong written communication skills and experience preparing technical reports.
* High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for site work (required).
