**Key Responsibilities**:
- Thorough cleaning of Airbnb properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Restocking essential items such as toiletries, kitchen supplies, and linens.
- Laundry duties including washing, drying, and arranging guest room linens.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure all areas of the property meet cleanliness standards.
- Promptly reporting any damages or maintenance issues to the management team.
- Ensuring all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and stored.
- Adhering to a strict schedule to ensure properties are guest-ready at specified times.
- Following company protocols for safety and security.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- At least 3 years cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Must have a vehicle and a driver lisence, free parking is provided.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of best practices related to cleaning and hygiene.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Solid time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends. 5 days availibilty is a must.
