People2people are partnering with a local reputable wholesaler. Their customer service team are looking for an enthusiastic new member to provide excellent service and support to their customer base and internal stakeholders.
Role
As the customer service representative your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
* Provide quality customer service by responding to inquiries and providing information to customers and internal stakeholders over the phone
* Process and manager customer orders, liaising with drivers and clients on inquiries.
* Provide information on online orders, pricing, checks and updating customer records.
* Resolve customer complaints professionally and work collaboratively in a team environment.
About you
* Previous experience working in the food distribution or a relevant industry.
* Excellent customer service experience.
* A pro-active and enthusiastic individual that works well in a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
