Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the management of training and recruitment inboxes

* Provide support to other team members as required, particularly during peak work periods

* In consultation with the Recruitment Partner and Hiring Leads, schedule introductory chats and interviews

* Using the Learning Management system to book training, record training, answer general queries in the training inbox, and book inductions
">

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

Completion of Year 12 TCE or equivalent

Skills:

* Strong interest in Recruitment, Learning & Development, and People & Capability

* Organisational skills with abilities to manage multiple priorities

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
