Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Pre‐Contracts Manager to lead our Estimating and Business Development functions and play a strategic role in the growth of the organisation. Based in Toowoomba (or Brisbane by arrangement), you will provide executive‐level leadership across estimating, tendering, sales, and client engagement.

Qualifications
* Relevant experience in civil construction in regional Queensland
* Strong capability in first‐principles estimating
* Experience in bid management
* Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams
* Enthusiasm, initiative, and a value driven mindset
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Experience with estimating/planning systems (Expert Estimation advantageous)
