THE ROLE – PRODUCT MANAGER (ENDOSCOPY)

You will take ownership of a high-value imaging and capital portfolio while leading one of the most strategically important multi-product launches in
This is not a "maintain the catalogue" type role.
This is visibility, influence, and impact.
You will:
* Lead a complex, multi-SKU launch into operating theatres across ANZ
* Drive strategy, positioning, pricing and lifecycle management
* Work directly with surgeons, KOLs and senior hospital stakeholders
* Partner closely with Sales to accelerate adoption and revenue growth
* Shape the future direction of the portfolio
And importantly - Operating Theatre experience is ESSENTIAL. You must understand:
* OR workflows
* Capital approval pathways
* Clinical buying behaviour
* How to position value inside surgical environments
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, clinical credibility, and commercial execution.
ABOUT YOU

* Strong operating theatre exposure (non-negotiable)
* Experience with capital equipment and/or complex consumables

PACKAGE
This reflects the calibre of the role:
* $120,000 – $150,000 base salary (flexible for the right experience)
* $21,000 car allowance
* 25% bonus structure
