Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager serves as the definitive source of truth on the Nuix Neo product value proposition for customers, clarifying the go-to-market strategy from a product lens to drive the success of Nuix Neo and ensure alignment on pricing, core product messaging across all customer-facing teams and partners. The role will collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and our innovation team to enable and drive adoption. They will be adept at translating our product strategy and roadmap into a language internal stakeholders and customers can relate to. Success measures will be tied to Proof of Concept (PoC) win rates and Annual Contract Value (ACV) expansion.
Location
This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Sydney office for the remaining 2 days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and own high-fidelity customer-facing artifacts that map complex product capabilities directly to the technical requirements of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
* Reinforce our brand by synthesizing high-level business value with granular technical content, ensuring the "how it works" is as compelling as the "why it matters."
* Establish robust technical templates and structured frameworks, ensuring complex features and their value are communicated to customers with scalability.
* Support the technical sales enablement strategy across the entire Nuix ecosystem, translating sophisticated product specs into actionable sales playbooks.
* Support the delivery of end-to-end enablement of the Solutions Consultant (SC) team, focusing on deep-dive technical training, demo environments, and complex proof-of-concept (PoC) support.
* Serve as the technical bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring that go-to-market strategies are grounded in engineering reality and product truth.
* Play a critical, strategic role in outlining the Total Addressable Market (TAM) by defining the maximum revenue opportunity for NEO.
* Conduct research, translating market data into actionable business insights to guide investment, product marketing, and growth strategies, product pricing & packaging.
Experience and Capabilities
* Proven record of identifying complex software architecture or data-heavy features and turning them into digestible, compelling B2B value propositions.
* Experience building technical training programs or "demo-ready" playbooks for Solutions Consultants and Sales Engineers.
* A history of acting as the connective tissue between Product Management/Engineering and the Go‐To‐Market (GTM) teams.
