About the Opportunity
As Nordon Cylinders continues to grow, we are seeking a Technical Internal Sales / Quoting Specialist to join our high-performing team in Brendale.
This role is critical in strengthening our technical quoting capability, improving response times, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
You will be the central point for technical quoting, inbound/outbound customer support, proactive follow-up, and opportunity conversion. Your work will directly support the sales function by ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, technically competent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate technical quotes for hydraulic cylinder solutions.
* Provide proactive customer service through timely responses and follow-ups.
* Support customers via inbound and outbound calls to progress opportunities.
* Identify opportunities to improve service levels and response times.
* Work closely with our internal teams to ensure high-quality customer outcomes.

About You
To be successful, you will ideally bring:
* Experience in technical sales, estimating or internal sales within hydraulics or heavy engineering.
* Technical understanding of hydraulic cylinders, components or mechanical systems.
* Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
* A customer-first approach with excellent communication and service skills.
* Existing customer relationships or a network in the hydraulics/manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
