Job Title: Airport Operations Supervisor
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely flight operations by supervising a team of airport services staff.
* Support the Airport Operations Manager in managing flight disruptions, misconnections, and other passenger-related issues.
* Coordinate with ground handling agents and airlines to achieve on-time performance and minimize delays.
* Plan efficient duty allocations of manpower during duty periods for airport services staff.
* Perform aircraft turnaround checks (ATC) as assigned by the Airport Operations Manager to ensure safe operation of airport ramp product.
* Generate reports and maintain a neat and organized workplace.
* Serve as the primary contact for staff needing assistance with questions, problems, or discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant college or university qualification.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an airline or reputable ground handling operations at supervisory level.
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
* Knowledge of weight and balance, ramp handling, and dangerous goods regulations.
* Ability to perform duties under pressure while maintaining high levels of customer service standards.
* Good understanding of conditions of carriage, international civil aviation safety and security procedures.
* Experience in areas such as passenger services, baggage services, ground operations, dangerous goods regulations, and ramp handling.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
