About the role
Challenge Southern Highlands have a temporary full time position available, for a period of up to 15 months. For the right candidate permanency may be offered. The successful candidate needs to show commitment to their role, be efficient and productive and deliver high quality work.
The prime objective of this position is to give focus and attention to the income streams of Challenge Southern Highlands, ensuring that accounts payable/receivable are conducted in a timely and effective way.
We provide the best possible service at all times and require staff who are respectful, have self-determination for continuous learning and growth and display high levels of enthusiasm and positivity.
Qualifications & experience
Appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
MYOB experience
Accounts payable/receiving experience
Previous experience in office/administrative environment
NDIS claims experience
Tasks & responsibilities
Accounts payable/receivable
Ability to handle a high volume of data entry efficiently and with accuracy
Ability to priorities work tasks and apply initiative
Ability to work independently, within established guidelines as well as working as part of a team
Ensure invoices are created in a timely manner
Monitoring and responding to the accounts email inbox
