About Us

BlendCo is a family run company proudly supporting the hospitality industry across Australia. We're growing fast and looking for a Sales Support & Customer Engagement Administrator to strengthen our operations team in North Geelong.

We represent some of Australia's most loved coffee and tea brands, along with premium equipment such as La Marzocco, San Remo and Bravilor.

The Role

This is a full-time position based in Geelong. As our Sales Support & Customer Engagement Administrator, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers and an integral part of our operations team. The role involves significant phone-based communication and requires someone confident, professional and highly detail-oriented.

You'll work closely with Sales, Warehouse and Technicians to ensure customers receive accurate information and a smooth experience from order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
* Make outbound calls to confirm orders, follow up enquiries and ensure all details are accurate
* Proactively contact customers to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
* Enter and process sales orders accurately in CRM and internal systems
* Prepare quotes and provide comprehensive sales administration support
* Coordinate with warehouse and technicians to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Provide administrative and operational support to Sales, Warehouse and Service teams as required

What You'll Bring

* Strong verbal communication skills and genuine confidence on the phone
* Experience in customer service or sales administration
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Solid Microsoft Office and CRM experience
* A team-first attitude and willingness to step in where needed
* Experience in coffee, hospitality or trade services is highly regarded but not essential.
