**360 Personnel** are a leading Australian labour hire and recruitment company. We are looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team across all states.
**This 360 recruitment role will see you take on the following tasks**:
- Maintain relationships with clients and continue to take on new orders
- Grow your labour hire/permanent placement numbers
- Grow into Account Management role and train new recruiters and grow your team within 6 - 12 months
- Conduct business development

**About You**
- Experience in recruitment
- Experience working for a recruitment firm desirable
- A desire to grow with the company
- Approachable and confident
- Good communication
- Able to build and maintain relationships
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Casual, Fixed term
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
