We are seeking a hands-on and customer-centric
Store Manager
to drive the team based in our Marcs and David Lawrence concession stores with
Myer Highpoint
.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Store Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end-to-end store operations within your concession store, including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail
Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory
Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's
Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base
Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers
An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others
Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team
