About the Role
We are seeking an individual to provide support to clients in accordance with their care plans. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing transportation assistance, assisting with daily living activities and maintaining accurate records of client progress.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide transportation assistance to clients as required
