Nurtured Beginnings Condell Park is a brand new owner operated and purpose built 68 place centre on the outskirts of Bankstown. Our philosophy is inspired by theorists such as Friedrich Froebel, Emi Pikler, Loris Malguzzi- Reggio Emilia and John Bowlby - Circle of Security. We have a strong emphasis on supporting staff, families and children and are looking for a vibrant and inspired team to help set up a brand new centre and pave the way in the Early Childhood Industry. We are seeking passionate Educators to be a part of introducing this beautiful purpose-built facility to the local community now
Early Childhood Educators (All qualifications)
Room Assistant positions available in 0-2, 2-3 and 3-5 room and Traineeships all at 20% above award wage rates
Essential Criteria:
* Must hold a current recognized qualification or be willing to obtain – Required: Cert 3, Diploma or ECT
* Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
* Experience with implementing programs and completing observations.
* Current approved Child Protection Qualification
* Minimum 1 year experience as room leader
Required for all roles:
* A genuine love for the industry and desire to do what's best for children in your care
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid Certificate (ACECQA approved)
* Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (ACECQA approved)
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
* An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth
