About The Role
Join Cruise Whitsundays as a Sales & Marketing Executive and be part of a passionate, high-energy team showcasing some of Australia's most iconic experiences — from the Great Barrier Reef to Whitehaven Beach.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll play a hands-on role delivering digital content, social media, campaigns and storytelling. The role blends creative execution with strong day-to-day ownership — from planning and managing content, campaigns and reporting, through to capturing content, shaping narratives and bringing new ideas to life. It's a role suited to a driven self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and seeing projects through from concept to delivery.
With major projects ahead — including the return of our refurbished Heart Pontoon and the revitalisation and relaunch of Reefworld — this is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to grow their career alongside an evolving business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
* Creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
* Planning and coordinating photo and video shoots to capture compelling, on-brand content
* Writing blogs and website content that bring experiences to life and support performance
* Updating and managing website content using WordPress
* Briefing creative assets across digital, print and signage formats
* Supporting cooperative campaigns with tourism and industry partners
* Being part of a team that moves quickly, collaborates closely and delivers with pride

Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach is the largest marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays. Requirements
* A qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in a marketing or digital-focused role
* Strong social media and content creation capability
* Experience using social media management and EDM platforms
* Exposure to basic design or content creation tools viewed favourably
* WordPress experience advantageous
* Tourism or experience-based marketing experience highly regarded
