About the Role
You will be part of a Program & Governance team that manages a major standing offer panel and ensures key national assets move efficiently. You will work closely with senior leaders and play a hands‐on role in maintaining, monitoring, and enforcing the deeds and contracts.
Responsibilities
* Support the Primary Deed Manager in administering Standing Offer Deeds and managing contract activities with panel suppliers.
* Manage the full lifecycle of the Deed, including variations, compliance tracking and performance oversight.
* Provide guidance to other agencies on accessing the panel and engaging suppliers.
* Deliver high‐level strategic advice on procurement and contract management matters.
* Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
* Prepare high‐quality written material, including reports, contracts, procurement documentation, briefs and executive papers.
* Maintain procurement and contract management processes across the broader branch.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in Commonwealth procurement and contract management at APS6 or EL1 level.
* Strong knowledge of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and the Resource Management Framework.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to communicate with influence and build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Proactive, solutions‐focused mindset and the ability to navigate competing priorities.
