Upper Extremities & Sports Medicine Product Specialist in NSW. Based in Sydney, you will inherit the existing South‐West Sydney & Nowra territory, and will be accountable for building customer connections, generating profitable revenue and growing our market share within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Growth & Territory Management: Achieving/exceeding territory revenue targets by identifying cross‐selling opportunities, key decision‐makers and analysing sales reports, and developing effective territory coverage plans.
* In‐theatre Support, Education & Training: Providing expert clinical and technical assistance to surgeons and operating room staff during procedures, conducting product demonstrations and coordinating in‐service training for healthcare professionals.
* Customer Relationships: Building trust with surgeons, registrars and procurement teams to foster long‐term loyalty and market share growth.
* Inventory Management: Managing consignment inventory, billing, and the logistics of loan equipment.
About You
* Degree qualified with minimum 1.5‐2 years of orthopaedic sales experience and a strong record of exceeding territory sales targets.
* Strong commercial acumen, an understanding of the local orthopaedic market, and a proven track record of building long‐lasting strategic relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders, convey complex technical information, negotiate and influence decision‐makers.
* Proactive, team‐focused, highly organised with excellent time and prioritisation skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently to hospitals across South‐West Sydney & Nowra, a reliable car and a valid driver licence.
