About the Role

Join us from day one as we launch Australia\'s next iconic sleep brand. You\'ll transform how customers think about sleep through consultative selling and genuine wellness expertise, working in premium Myer locations with industry-leading commission structure including online sales attribution.

This isn\'t about pushing products - it\'s about helping customers make wellness-focused decisions that genuinely improve their energy, recovery, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth customer consultations focused on sleep wellness goals
- Demonstrate expertise through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Connect product features to real wellness outcomes and lifestyle benefits
- Deliver our "sleep beautifully, live brilliantly" customer promise consistently
- Drive sales performance and maintain premium brand standards
- Build genuine customer relationships focused on sleep transformation
- Support store operations and collaborate with the team to meet launch targets

About You

- Strong customer service skills with professional presentation
- 2+ years retail sales experience will be highly regarded in luxury retail, big box retail, or wellness-focused environments
- Interest in wellness, sleep health, and lifestyle improvement
- Reliable and flexible with weekend and evening availability
