Some of the skills and attributes desired to be successful include experience dealing with complex behaviours, working with individuals or small groups of students and reporting student achievement and progress to the teacher, experience with trauma-informed practice and mental health, along with a sound understanding of a range of disabilities.The successful applicant will ideally have the skills and desire to work collaboratively with all staff in supporting our students to achieve success.
