We are seeking a Broker Operations Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in banking and/or finance broking, as well as strong knowledge of home loan origination and credit related activities.
The role involves managing day-to-day operations to support the business owners and assist with processing home loan related transactions.
The Broker Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while also providing support to brokers to help achieve client goals.

Requirements:
* Motivated, positive and proactive attitude
* Client centric approach to their work
* Strong knowledge of banking and/or finance broking
* Experience with home loan origination and credit related activities (2+ years in credit analyst/para broker role or previous roles as a home loan or business banker)
* Experience in business lending is a plus
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Analytical and decision-making skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Clear Police Report
