Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive store and Team Members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
* Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets.
* Coach and train Team Members to become top performers.
* Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control.
* Merchandise to showcase products in line with promotional setup guidelines.
* Operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping, and retail business administration tasks.
