ORIX is looking for a detail-focused and proactive Novated Leasing Administrator to join our Novated team. This role is all about accuracy, organisation, and collaboration - you'll play a key part in preparing vehicle quotations and supporting our Novated Specialists to deliver great outcomes for our customers.
Included In What You'll Be Doing
* Prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations in our systems (Salesforce/ORION)
* Liaise with dealers, via phone and email, to obtain pricing and follow up on quotes
* Support Novated Specialists to ensure quotes are processed efficiently and correctly
* Work closely with internal teams including Pricing, Dealer Relations, Credit, and Repairs & Maintenance
* Maintain a high standard of accuracy and meet KPIs around turnaround times
* Be part of a supportive, collaborative team environment with regular catch-ups and knowledge sharing
What You Have
* Proven experience in administration and data entry roles within a corporate environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume tasks
* Confidence working with numbers and processing information quickly and correctly
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle accessories
* A positive, can-do attitude and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
