Job Description
As an organisational design specialist, you will be responsible for leading and delivering workforce strategy and organisation design projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will bring innovative ideas to address complex client challenges and deliver impactful solutions that drive value and results.
This role is based in Melbourne, with flexibility to consider candidates based in Sydney or Brisbane. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering client projects: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes.
* Supporting clients to solve their challenges: Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations. Build client relationships and guide clients through structured problem solving.
* Contributing to business development: Identify and support opportunities for EY to contribute to client outcomes.
* Managing client relationships: Establish and manage client relationships to achieve project outcomes and resolve issues or roadblocks.
* Leading project teams: Coach and guide other team members and build capability in organisation design.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical skills: Experience with and good understanding of workforce strategy and organisational design.
* Client focus: Proactive in understanding and responding to client needs.
* Stakeholder engagement and influencing: Demonstrated ability to ask better questions, listen actively and convey ideas effectively.
* Continuous learning and collaboration: Proactive in personal development and open to coaching and feedback.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities: Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify issues and provide recommendations.
