**The Role**
As the APS 5 Technical Integrity Supervisor you will be providing assurance that Defence assets and inventory at all Joint Logistics Unit (West) sites are compliant with all Defence technical and logistic legislation, policies and procedures.
Under limited direction you will undertake complex technical logistics compliance and assurance work within an integrated workforce. You will undertake technical research and analysis, conduct reviews, assessments and perform procedural, clerical, administrative support work to achieve results.
The role requires liaison with both internal and external stakeholders therefore excellent communication skills are essential. The role will require an understanding of, and the ability to interpret, Defence technical and logistic policy, processes and procedures and provide advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on the required outcomes.
You may be a team coach and accountable to set work priorities, allocate work, and manage workflows and performance and identifying opportunities for on the job training.

- Experience working in a similar role ensuring the technical alignment of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in performing complex technical compliance verification activities and corrective action requirements on organisational holdings.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, especially in preparing responses to correspondence, briefs and reports for management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective relationships with team members and key stakeholders to achieve desired results.
