- Disability Support Worker at CPA, you will have a comprehensive learning journey throughout your orientation and ongoing development. This includes:_
- _ Specialist training opportunities_
- _ Buddy shifts with experienced Disability Support Workers_
- _ Opportunities to complete nationally recognised qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support and Certificate IV in Disability_
- The investment in your learning and development by CPA exceeds $5,000 in your first year._
Your duties will include:
- Delivering personalised support in a group home setting
- Providing in home support by assisting clients at meal times, with personal care and administering medication
- Assisting with domestic duties around the home
- Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
- Socialise and build a happy and positive relationship with our clients
**Requirements**:
- NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) and access to a car
- Casual work: Be available for at least 3 days per week
- Permanent work : Be available for at least 20 hours per week, 3-4 days, across a variety of shift times as we operate 24/7
- PLEASE NOTE: Cerebral Palsy Alliance has a relentless commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff, as such all employees at CPA must be triple vaccinated against COVID-19, prior to their start date._
