About the Role
We are seeking a Catering Assistant to prepare and serve nutritious meals in a culturally diverse environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assemble and produce meals under direction of the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
* Maintain cleanliness across food preparation and dining areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene.
* Operate kitchen equipment safely, following HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety standards are upheld.
Requirements:
* Certificate II in Kitchen Operations (or higher).
* Valid Food Safety Certificates, including knowledge of HACCP guidelines.
* Prior experience in commercial kitchens, with a strong understanding of team dynamics and communication skills.
