Overview

Role Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Administration Assistant to support the operations team of a waste management company. This is a casual ongoing role but there is the potential for permanency. The ideal candidate will possess:

* Customer service and Administration experience
* Accounts receivable and payable knowledge
* Strong IT knowledge and computer skills
* Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
* High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive

Key Duties And Responsibilities

* Provide quality administration support to the operations and finance team
* Input Accounts Payable documents and invoices
* Coordinate AR processes and follow up on outstanding payments
* Filing, scanning and uploading digital uploads
* General clerical and data entry skills a must
* Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations at all times
* Be alert for potential hazardous situations and report any hazardous situations in a timely manner

Required Skills/Qualifications

* Excellent verbal communication
* Excellent organisational skills
* IT Literacy
* Administration Experience
* Microsoft Office
