Finwell Support is expanding its regional recovery team and recruiting passionate professionals to support small businesses, rural enterprises and communities impacted by bushfire and other disasters across Western Victoria.

This role will support delivery of a major regional recovery and resilience initiative across:
* Northern Grampians
* Ararat
* Southern Grampians
* Horsham
* Hindmarsh
* West Wimmera
About Finwell Support
Finwell Support provides financial counselling, wellbeing support and community resilience services across regional Victoria. Our work supports farming families, small business owners and communities facing financial hardship, drought, disaster recovery and mental health challenges.

About the Role
The Wellbeing Counsellor / Consultant will provide therapeutic counselling and wellbeing support to small business owners, families and community members impacted by disaster and ongoing stress.
The role includes:
* one-to-one counselling support
* outreach and community engagement
* wellbeing workshops and resilience activities
* stakeholder collaboration
* referral and support coordination
* contribution to recovery education and preparedness initiatives
The successful applicant must hold:
* a Diploma of Counselling, or
* a degree in counselling, psychology, social work or related discipline
Qualifications and experience should align with ACA practice guidance requirements and deed obligations. Experience working in rural or regional communities will be highly regarded.

* Salary ranging from $84,000 – $101,000 plus superannuation (based on qualifications and experience)
