Paediatric Dental Care Opportunity
As a Dental Registrar, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred dental care in inpatient, outpatient, and theatre settings. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you can lead ward rounds, maintain accurate clinical records, and provide first-on-call after-hours cover.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe and efficient paediatric dental care across various services.
* Lead ward rounds and ensure accurate clinical record-keeping.
* Provide on-call support for after-hours emergencies.
* Drive quality improvement by monitoring standards and audits.
* Support patient care through clear communication and timely issue resolution.
* Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, including case presentations.
* Collaborate in departmental research projects, assisting with project development and implementation.
For this role, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and within small teams, and proven problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential. Experience in contributing to clinical governance, audits or quality improvement is also desirable.
