Job Description:
The Systems Engineer for Innovation will provide technical support and expertise to the government on all lab activities, as well as subject matter knowledge on emerging technologies.
This role involves providing support to the government on various tasks including lab activity programmatic support, technological subject matter expertise, and advising customer leadership on efficacy of planned lab initiatives.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively interact with engineers, project managers, support personnel, and senior decision-makers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph is required.
* A Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) or relevant field is necessary, along with 9 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a Master's degree in STEM or relevant field and 7 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
* At least 7 years of hands-on systems engineering experience, including preparation of necessary system engineering artifacts, is essential.
* Demonstrated expertise across full systems engineering lifecycle and project management is also required.
