About The Opportunity Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our Melbourne Airport team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high-performance team that is responsible for providing maintenance to the facilities throughout the contract. You will contribute to the team by building relationships with key contacts, stakeholders and service providers while ensuring the scheduled maintenance is adhered to. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions and the coordination of services in relation to the Facilities Maintenance contract at the Melbourne Airport site, including the allocation and monitoring of work orders, reporting, invoicing and customer interface.
