Our office in Southport is expanding, and we're looking for experienced recruiters to join our team — both Blue Collar specialists (labour hire and trades) and White Collar specialists (construction management, estimating, contracts admin, and business support).

Your Role
* Manage and grow your own recruitment desk (blue collar or white collar focus)
* Partner with clients across construction, civil, and industrial sectors
* Handle full end‑to‑end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and placing talent
* Mentor resourcers and contribute to team development
* Build and expand client portfolios through strong service and delivery
* Collaborate with management to drive business growth and innovation

* Proven recruitment experience — ideally in construction, trades, or professional sectors
* A self‑motivated operator who thrives on autonomy and accountability
* Relationship‑driven and commercially minded
* Confident communicator with genuine leadership ambition
